Everyone has an official bio.
This is mine:
Alexa Cole is a leadership coach, facilitator, and mediator who helps leaders, managers, and teams move from reactivity to intentional action.
Her clients seek guidance when they want to be deliberate about how they lead—so their work, relationships, and lives reflect what truly matters.
Known for her strategic mind, playful spirit, and commitment to honest, purposeful conversation, Alexa creates a space where clarity comes quickly.
Clients often share that even after one session, they feel more confident, supported, and able to execute decisions with integrity.
Alexa brings a rare combination of discernment and depth to her work. She listens intuitively and empathically while helping clients slow down, make conscious choices, and take meaningful risks that produce tangible results. Her approach supports leaders in managing complexity—internally and externally—so they can act with alignment rather than impulse.
With a Master’s Certificate in Mediation and Conflict Resolution and advanced training in emotional intelligence, effective communication, and group facilitation, Alexa helps individuals and teams navigate tension, conflict, and change with intention. She integrates meditation/mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and practical leadership frameworks to foster sustainable growth—not just insight.
At the core of Alexa’s work is a belief that leadership is not about personality or performance, but about choice. She helps clients identify what they truly need, value, and want to express—then align their leadership, relationships, and careers accordingly. From that place, clearer roles, stronger presence, and healthier ways of working naturally follow.
Over the past 15 years, Alexa has managed teams in both for-profit and nonprofit sectors and supported hundreds of executives and mid-level managers across organizations including Green Mountain Coffee, Google, Coach, and SAP. She is committed to ongoing professional development and reflective leadership practice, with recent training including the Purpose Guide Institute, a yoga teacher training program, and introductory coursework in Internal Family Systems (IFS).
Alexa hails from the great state of Vermont (think cheese, maple syrup, and Ben & Jerry’s) and considers herself a bit bi-coastal, having spent 13 years in the Bay Area building her practice supporting tech companies and entrepreneurs. She now resides back in her hometown of Vermont, where she is a mother of two young boys and a striving muralist. Alexa brings the clarity, fierceness, and compassion of motherhood into her work—holding leaders accountable to what they say matters and supporting them to lead with intention, even in the midst of real life.
